When The motor cannot start？
At this time, it is necessary to check the load of the motor and check whether there are any mechanical parts stuck, causing the motor to be overloaded. If the motor itself fails, such as the winding burns out, it will also cause it to fail to start, which requires professionals to repair or replace the motor.

When Unstable screw speed？
Incorrect settings of the speed regulator parameters or damage to the internal components of the speed regulator will cause the screw speed to be out of control. At this time, it is necessary to readjust the speed regulator parameters or replace the damaged components. It is also possible that the screw itself is worn or deformed, which will affect the smoothness of the screw rotation in the barrel, and then cause the speed to be unstable. In this case, the screw needs to be repaired or replaced.

When Abnormal temperature control？
When the temperature control is abnormal, the heating system, cooling system and temperature sensor need to be fully inspected and repaired.

When Uneven pellet size？
If the cutter is severely worn and the edge is no longer sharp, the plastic strips cannot be accurately cut during the pelletizing process, resulting in inconsistent pelletizing size. It is necessary to adjust the ratio of the cutter speed to the screw extrusion speed, and replace the worn cutter in time.

When Pelletizer Blockage?
The cause of the blockage may be that the feed speed is too fast, the plastic strips cannot be cut in time in the pelletizer, and then accumulate and block, or foreign matter may enter the pelletizer, hindering the normal passage of the plastic strips. When the blockage occurs, it is necessary to stop the feed first, clean the plastic and foreign matter inside the pelletizer, check the cooling system and make corresponding adjustments.

When the cooling water temperature is too high, it is necessary to check the working status of the cooling water pump, clean the cooling water pipeline, and repair or replace the damaged cooling fan.

Reasonably arrange the working time of the motor, avoid prolonged continuous operation, and leave time for the motor to dissipate heat.
