The Heavy Duty Crusher is designed for the recycling of hollow plastic shells. It can process chemical barrels, luggage, plastic crates, plastic chairs, automobile bumpers, refrigerator, TV, washing machine housings and other large household appliance plastic parts. Materials are fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and sheared by cutters on the V-shaped cutter holder. Qualified crushed materials pass through the bottom screen for discharge, while undersized materials remain in the chamber for further cutting. The machine features an openable cabinet structure for easy maintenance and replacement of cutters and screens. Equipped with a sound insulation structure to reduce noise, it can also be matched with auxiliary machines such as feeding, dust removal and metal separation to achieve efficient crushing and recycling of large hollow plastics.
