V-type crusher: Materials enter the crushing chamber from the top hopper and are sheared by V-shaped moving blades and fixed blades. Materials are screened by the screen; qualified particles are discharged while oversized pieces remain in the chamber for re-shearing. The machine is equipped with overload protection against jamming. It is mainly used for crushing plastics such as PE/PP films, woven bags, PET bottles, blister parts, thin-wall plastic parts and small chemical plastic drums. It cannot process metal, stones or thick solid hard materials. It only performs crushing with no dissociation process.
