    Main components of the unit

    Pelletizer Machine

    Encycle offers a new 25-blade general-purpose pelletizer and pneumatic pelletizers (the pneumatic series offers multiple models). Here, we specifically introduce Encycle's new environmentally friendly TL-25 pelletizer. Its blades can be adjusted in speed via an inverter, producing uniformly sized pellets and ensuring product quality and yield. Furthermore, the blades of Encycle's pelletizers are made of high-strength, wear-resistant material, quickly and efficiently shredding plastic raw materials into small pellets, improving production efficiency and yield.

    Linear vibrating screen

    The linear vibrating screen distributes the material evenly on the screen surface through a linear vibration trajectory, and screens out long strips, qualified granular materials, and fine powder materials through the screen aperture. Unqualified materials can be collected and sent to the granulator for extrusion. The particles screened out by the vibrating screen are uniform in size and free of powder. Such plastic particles are very popular in the market.

    Storage barrel

    Encycle's storage barrel is located at the end of the granulator. The vibrating screen screens out qualified plastic particles and drops them into the cone hopper. Encycle's high-pressure blower blows them into the stainless steel storage barrel. The standard configuration is 200KG/300KG/500KG. We can also customize storage barrels with larger storage capacities according to the user's actual needs to meet high-intensity production requirements.

    Common problems and solutions of ABS PS extrusion granulation line.

    Problem phenomenon: PS particles have poor transparency/yellowing, cloudy particles, and a light transmittance of less than 85%; Or the particles may turn yellow as a whole and have an unsatisfactory appearance.
    Low temperature extrusion: The temperature of the PS barrel is reduced to 170-190 ℃, and the mold head is 180-185 ℃. 0.2% antioxidant (such as 168) is added to prevent oxidation

    Problem phenomenon: The surface of the extruded strip is rough, with unmelted material blocks, and the strip is prone to breakage when cut; The fluctuation of melt pressure is large, and downstream products are prone to "fish eyes"
    ABS contains butadiene rubber phase with a wide melting point range (180-220 ℃). If the barrel temperature is low or the temperature difference between different zones is large, the rubber phase may not be fully melted

    Problem phenomenon: There are black spots on the extruded strip, black smoke is emitted from the exhaust port, and the finished product has a pungent odor (ABS burning will release irritating gas of acrylonitrile); When burned, yellow carbide particles appear.
    Cleaning up accumulated material: After disassembling the machine barrel, use a copper shovel (steel shovel is prohibited to avoid scratching the inner wall) to clean the coke material. ABS residual coke material needs to be wiped with alcohol and then circulated with cleaning material to ensure no residue.
