    Wide range of material adaptation:


    There are three main types of materials that can be processed: HDPE pure materials (blown film grade, injection molding grade), modified materials (reinforced HDPE, oxygen resistant HDPE), and recycled materials, including:


    1. General scenario: producing conventional granules for food packaging films, bottle caps, and turnover boxes;


    2. Special scenarios: adding fiberglass (to enhance rigidity) to produce municipal pipe particles, adding antioxidants to produce automotive fuel tank particles;


    3. Low cost scenario: High filling particles are used for low demand products such as trash cans and trays.

    Pelletizer Machine

    Encycle offers a new 25-blade general-purpose pelletizer and pneumatic pelletizers (the pneumatic series offers multiple models). Here, we specifically introduce Encycle's new environmentally friendly TL-25 pelletizer. Its blades can be adjusted in speed via an inverter, producing uniformly sized pellets and ensuring product quality and yield. Furthermore, the blades of Encycle's pelletizers are made of high-strength, wear-resistant material, quickly and efficiently shredding plastic raw materials into small pellets, improving production efficiency and yield.

    Linear vibrating screen

    The linear vibrating screen distributes the material evenly on the screen surface through a linear vibration trajectory, and screens out long strips, qualified granular materials, and fine powder materials through the screen aperture. Unqualified materials can be collected and sent to the granulator for extrusion. The particles screened out by the vibrating screen are uniform in size and free of powder. Such plastic particles are very popular in the market.

    Storage barrel

    Encycle's storage barrel is located at the end of the granulator. The vibrating screen screens out qualified plastic particles and drops them into the cone hopper. Encycle's high-pressure blower blows them into the stainless steel storage barrel. The standard configuration is 200KG/300KG/500KG. We can also customize storage barrels with larger storage capacities according to the user's actual needs to meet high-intensity production requirements.

    Common Problems and Solutions of HDPE LDPE.

    Problem phenomenon: The extruded strip fluctuates in thickness and breaks before entering the cooling water tank; The surface of the strip may have scratches or ripples.
    Check the feeder: clean the clumped raw materials at the feeding port, calibrate the frequency converter, and ensure stable feeding speed.

    Problem phenomenon: There are black spots on the extruded strip, black smoke is emitted from the exhaust port of the machine barrel, and the finished product has a pungent odor.
    Cleaning of accumulated material: Disassemble the barrel and use specialized cleaning material (such as PE cleaning masterbatch) to circulate and extrude, or use a copper shovel to clean the burnt material on the inner wall of the screw/barrel (steel shovel is prohibited to avoid scratches)

    Problem phenomenon: Particles are prone to breakage during transportation or storage, and there is a high amount of powder; Fish eyes are prone to occur during downstream processing.
    Optimize plasticization parameters: Increase the barrel temperature (HDPE die temperature to 155-165 ℃), check if the screw cutting section ribs are worn, and replace the high shear screw if necessary.
