    Waste plastic is an important recyclable resource, and common recyclable plastics include PET bottles, agricultural films, garbage bags, woven bags, milk bottles, food packaging boxes, etc. Usually, recycled waste plastics need to be pelletized before they can be reused.

    Main components of the unit

    In plastic extrusion molding equipment, the plastic extruder is usually referred to as the main machine, while the subsequent equipment that is matched with it, the plastic extrusion molding machine, is called the auxiliary machine. Encycle granulators are suitable for film recycling and granulation (granulation of wound waste plastics), recycling and regeneration of hard plastic particles, and granulation of soft plastics.     Pelletizer machine

    Encycle offers a new 25-blade general-purpose pelletizer and pneumatic pelletizers (the pneumatic series offers multiple models). Here, we specifically introduce Encycle's new environmentally friendly TL-25 pelletizer. Its blades can be adjusted in speed via an inverter, producing uniformly sized pellets and ensuring product quality and yield. Furthermore, the blades of Encycle's pelletizers are made of high-strength, wear-resistant material, quickly and efficiently shredding plastic raw materials into small pellets, improving production efficiency and yield.

    Linear vibrating screen

    The linear vibrating screen distributes the material evenly on the screen surface through a linear vibration trajectory, and screens out long strips, qualified granular materials, and fine powder materials through the screen aperture. Unqualified materials can be collected and sent to the granulator for extrusion. The particles screened out by the vibrating screen are uniform in size and free of powder. Such plastic particles are very popular in the market.

    Storage barrel

    Encycle's storage barrel is located at the end of the granulator. The vibrating screen screens out qualified plastic particles and drops them into the cone hopper. Encycle's high-pressure blower blows them into the stainless steel storage barrel. The standard configuration is 200KG/300KG/500KG. We can also customize storage barrels with larger storage capacities according to the user's actual needs to meet high-intensity production requirements.
