    One of the main applications for cleaning and recycling PP/PE hard materials is undoubtedly blow molding.

    Increased wear of subsequent washing equipment, resulting in impurities remaining in the material after washing, affecting the purity of the recycled material.
    Strengthen manual sorting training and increase the number of sorting cycles for complex raw materials; Adjust the air separator speed (based on material density, typically 3-8 m/s) and check the air duct for unobstructed flow; Regularly test the magnetic field strength of the magnetic separator and replace aging magnets to ensure complete absorption of metal impurities; Add screening equipment (such as a vibrating screen) to separate heavy impurities such as stone and glass by varying apertures.

    Equipment jamming, motor overload, and even damage to transmission components.
    Add a coarse crushing step to the pre-treatment stage to reduce large lumps of material to feed specifications; Install limit baffles or grilles at the conveyor inlet to intercept oversized material; Install an overload protection device (such as a current sensor) to automatically shut down the equipment if it jams, preventing motor damage.

    Regularly clean the sedimentation tank sludge and replace the filter (regular inspection and cleaning is recommended); Control the water circulation frequency and add a flocculant (such as PAC) proportionally to accelerate impurity precipitation; Clean the pipes monthly with a weak acid (such as citric acid) to remove scale, and add a biocide as needed to inhibit microbial growth.
