The linear vibrating screen distributes the material evenly on the screen surface through a linear vibration trajectory, and screens out long strips, qualified granular materials, and fine powder materials through the screen aperture. Unqualified materials can be collected and sent to the granulator for extrusion. The particles screened out by the vibrating screen are uniform in size and free of powder. Storage barrel
Encycle's storage barrel is located at the end of the granulator. The vibrating screen screens out qualified plastic particles and drops them into the cone hopper. Encycle's high-pressure blower blows them into the stainless steel storage barrel. The standard configuration is 200KG/300KG/500KG. We can also customize storage barrels with larger storage capacities according to the user's actual needs to meet high-intensity production requirements.
