    1.Environmental significance

    This device can effectively reduce white pollution, especially with a recycling rate of over 80% for agricultural films, avoiding farmland pollution. Through cleaning treatment, waste film can be converted into fuel or plastic raw materials, reducing the environmental pressure caused by landfill and incineration.

    Oil and grease residue on the film surface affects the uniformity of pelletizing and melting.
    Choose the right detergent: Use an alkaline detergent (such as a 1-2% sodium hydroxide solution) for animal/vegetable oils and fats, and an emulsified detergent (such as a surfactant-containing compound detergent) for mineral oils to enhance grease dispersibility.

    Printed patterns and text on the film surface were not completely removed, resulting in uneven color in the recycled material.
    Add a pretreatment step: Use an alkali immersion and high-temperature steaming process to cause the ink layer to swell and peel. For stubborn inks (such as UV-curable inks), plasma treatment (surface etching) can be used to break down the ink adhesion layer.

    Dirt and sand remain in the folds or edges of the film, which then mixes into the material after crushing, causing wear and tear on the pelletizing equipment.
    Adding a "shaking + rough washing" process at the front end uses a vibrating screen to shake the stacked film, remove surface dirt, and initially remove large impurities. Pre-crushing and cleaning reduces wear and tear on subsequent processes.

    Problem: Film is wrapped around the shredder blades or shaft, causing feed blockage and equipment overload and shutdown.
    First, use Encycle Environmental Technology's TLV series crusher. The TLV crusher features a V-shaped blade design and a shearing principle, shredding materials rather than tearing them apart. This produces sharp, angular particles with minimal dust, reducing energy consumption and increasing production capacity.

    The film deviates from the centerline of the belt during conveyance or slips due to moisture on the surface, accumulating on the edge of the equipment.
    Increasing conveyor friction: Installing anti-slip rubber bumps (5cm apart) on the belt surface or wrapping the roller surface with 80-grit sandpaper can increase the friction coefficient. Evenly feeding: Installing a "separator" at the front of the conveyor belt will disperse the stacked film to the sides, ensuring even distribution of material across the width.
